"We weren't just feeding people. We were building friendships."

We didn't plan this. We just needed new friends in a new city.

Stefan cooked. Wendy set the table. Strangers showed up. Something clicked. (It kept clicking.)

Turns out a great meal does something to a room. By the end of the night, nobody feels like a stranger. That's the thing we kept wanting to recreate. That's why every Dinner Club still feels worth showing up to.

The Dinner Club was never meant to be a restaurant. It's a room full of people worth knowing, built around food worth talking about. You're invited.

A private supper club run by Stefan (Michelin-trained chef) and Wendy (host). We cook and host intimate dinners for small groups: at your place, ours, or a wine shop. Every menu is bespoke. Every night is different. Think of it as the dinner party you always wanted to throw but didn't have the chef for.
Stefan's background is European fine dining. 15+ years across Michelin-starred kitchens in Amsterdam and Singapore. The menus are multi-course, seasonal, and built around a theme or story. Expect technique-driven food that still feels like something you'd actually want to eat at a dinner party.
At least 2 weeks is ideal. Stefan needs time to design the menu, source ingredients, and test dishes. For special occasions (birthdays, anniversaries, corporate events), 3–4 weeks gives us room to do it properly. Send the enquiry early and we'll hold the date.
Submit the enquiry form (click "Book a Table" above). We reply within 48 hours to confirm availability, discuss the theme, and lock in the details. A deposit confirms your date.
The per-pax price covers a fully bespoke multi-course menu, all ingredients, professional service, and kitchen setup/cleanup. Drinks are not included. For home venue dinners, guests BYOB. For wine-shop group dinners, wine is purchased from the venue on the night.
Every single menu is created from scratch, designed around a theme and what's best in season. No event has a repeated menu. Your dinner is one of a kind.
Yes. Stefan holds a valid food hygiene certification and operates to professional kitchen standards, the same care you'd expect from a commercial kitchen. All ingredients are sourced fresh for each event. The intimate setting is intentional. The food safety standards are not optional.
Guests arrive, drinks are poured, and the evening unfolds over multiple courses. Stefan cooks and often talks through the dishes: where the idea came from, why that ingredient, what changed in testing. Wendy runs the room. By dessert, people who didn't know each other are making plans to meet again. That's the goal every time.
Yes. We're based in Singapore but have done collaborations in Amsterdam, India, and beyond. If you have something interesting in mind and a good reason to travel for food, reach out. We're always open to the right conversation.
Yes. For private dining bookings, tell us when you enquire and Stefan designs the menu around your guests. For public pop-up events, dietary restrictions cannot be accommodated as the menu is set in advance.
Our previous pop-up dinners have been $100–$150 per person for a full 6-course menu. Pricing varies per event and is announced with each pop-up. Join the WhatsApp community to get early access. They tend to sell out fast.
Yes. We work with companies looking for something more memorable than a standard corporate dinner. Select Private Dining in the booking form and tell us about the occasion.
For dinners hosted at our home ($300/pax, max 6 guests), guests bring their own wine and drinks. We provide water, glassware, and the full dining experience. It keeps the price down and means you can bring the bottles you actually want to drink.
It depends on the format. For private dining at your venue, we come to you, anywhere in Singapore. For dinners at our home, we're based in Tiong Bahru.
